So, you installed this app to save you the trouble of getting some things to work, right? Well, you've made the right decision.

The reason why this app was written was because I find it a bit cumbersome to access the wifi settings menu just to switch to another access point. Having to go through the parental controls menu is a bit too inconvenient for some. Besides that, I managed to unearth a few other hidden options so I thought I'd provide an easy way to access them. Besides the shortcuts I added, here are a few other resources I gathered in case you're wondering.

Custom ROMs and backups
Theoretically, it is possible to have a custom ROM for this device, in case you'd like to repurpose this e.g. if Junior outgrew his Epic or he wanted a more grown-up UI. The main issue here has something to do with the bootloader closing off access to SP Flash Tool ROMs and unauthorised kernels.
The system partition can be edited offline and reflashed to the device using the hidden Write Memory feature, however, but it is too cumbersome and risky to pull off unless you know what you are doing.

That being said, you can self-sign images using a Linux-based tool by MediaTek themselves, which you can find somewhere off GitHub or something. :P
Work is still being done as of now to unlock the bootloader; hopefully LeapFrog themselves would take notice of this and allow us developers to just do whatever we want as long as it isn't of malicious intent.
